The Senior Client Success Manager ensures client success post-sale, manages client relationships, develops success plans, and drives renewals and expansion within client accounts.

Lead and manage customer onboarding and implementations of Cordial's platform. Drive project timelines, stakeholder communication, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and AI feature adoption while ensuring high client satisfaction and scalable implementation practices.

Own executive relationships for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, set long-term account strategy, manage and develop one CSM, drive renewals and expansion, coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions/Product/Engineering, lead escalations, and incorporate AI-enabled marketing capabilities to grow net revenue retention.
