Own and maintain a 10-bay QNAP NAS and Dropbox Business integration for secure footage storage and collaboration. Responsibilities include configuring storage, managing remote access and permissions, establishing file workflows, creating and testing independent backups, troubleshooting systems, and documenting setup and recovery procedures. The role begins with a systems review and approved remediation, followed by ongoing maintenance and support.

Edit 4–8 long-form YouTube videos monthly, including vlogs, docu-series, and interviews, from raw footage through final export. Own narrative structure, viewer retention, color correction, audio mixing, formatting, thumbnails, and chapter markers. Manage production workflows in ClickUp and Google Drive, track YouTube analytics, run creative experiments, meet deadlines independently, and communicate risks early.

Own the short-form clip-testing system by reviewing performance dashboards, deciding which clips advance, coordinating editors and content pickers, maintaining platform benchmarks, running daily and weekly operating cadences, coaching team members, and delivering weekly performance analysis. The role is accountable for improving winner rates, re-test performance, page growth, and process reliability while stepping in to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
