Deploys and supports data center infrastructure across U.S. and Canadian sites. Responsibilities include hardware and network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, standards documentation, site audits, team training, technical support, scripting for server and network updates, equipment maintenance, and follow-up project support. The role is fully onsite at a Central U.S. data center and requires up to 60% rotational travel, 24/7 operational availability, elevated work, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 active infrastructure and software customers. Manage account health, retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, forecasting, and revenue performance. Build multi-threaded relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate technical, support, product, and professional services teams to deliver customer outcomes. The role requires experience managing multiple technology accounts and driving recurring revenue growth across cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS offerings.

Lead utility engagement and power access strategy for U.S. (and some European) electric utilities. Manage relationships, interconnection and power procurement, negotiate Electric Service Agreements, assess power feasibility for new sites, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track timelines/risks, and standardize power procurement processes to support CoreWeave expansion.
