Supports technology strategy and roadmap execution through cross-functional initiative management, KPI tracking, executive communications, budgeting, vendor coordination, governance, workforce planning, data enablement, and M&A technology integration. Partners with technology, finance, data, Salesforce, and Addepar teams to improve operational alignment, reporting, platform adoption, and post-acquisition integration.

Lead security tooling operations, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and scripting/automation. Evaluate and deploy security technologies, mentor junior staff, remediate vulnerabilities, and leverage threat intelligence to reduce attack surface and improve organizational security posture.

Develop and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses for business stakeholders. Ensure data quality through validation and robust processes, document data sources and transformations, and translate stakeholder needs into data specifications. The role requires advanced SQL, dbt, Tableau, data modeling, and data quality skills, along with strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities. This is an onsite position four days per week.
