Sources and recruits qualified U.S. attorneys for law firms, builds candidate pipelines, conducts targeted outreach and screening, manages multiple searches, maintains recruiting records, and provides timely updates. The role requires independent research, proactive sourcing of passive candidates, strong communication, organized follow-up, and consistent candidate submissions. Experience recruiting attorneys or other legal professionals is preferred.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish reception and client support for personal injury law firms. Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, scheduling appointments, client intake and follow-up, documenting information, maintaining CRM and case records, responding to inquiries, managing high call volumes, and providing administrative support to legal staff in a remote setting.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating medical treatment, records, billing, deadlines, documentation, and settlement preparation. The role involves drafting legal correspondence and case summaries, communicating with attorneys, insurers, medical providers, and other parties, and maintaining organized case files. Fluency in English and Spanish, personal injury experience, strong organization, and availability during U.S. hours are required or preferred.
