Leads enterprise ServiceNow architecture for AI-enabled HR and IT solutions. Advises senior client stakeholders, defines target architecture, designs Employee Center experiences, leads workshops and proofs of concept, guides implementation teams, establishes platform standards, supports proposals, and mentors architects. Requires deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, security, data models, upgrade-safe development, HRSD, ITSM, and agentic AI.

Advise enterprise IT leaders on ServiceNow strategy and AI adoption. Design scalable ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM solutions, including integrations, CMDB architecture, governance, and AI agents. Assess existing environments, lead discovery workshops, develop proofs of concept, support proposals, guide implementation, identify technical risks, and create reusable architecture assets. Collaborate with AI engineers and cross-functional teams while maintaining upgradeability and alignment with ServiceNow platform developments.

Lead enterprise Moveworks implementations and AI-enabled employee experience engagements from discovery through transition. Own client relationships, delivery plans, scope, budget, risks, resources, governance, technical coordination, adoption, and outcomes. Coordinate customers, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners while facilitating executive communications, technical discussions, decision-making, readiness, stabilization, and closeout. Contribute to implementation methodologies, reusable assets, delivery standards, and team mentoring.

Drive new business and expansion sales for ServiceNow consulting, implementation, optimization, and managed services across Healthcare, Life Sciences, State and Local Government, and Higher Education. Own the full sales cycle, develop territory strategy, build pipeline, engage executive stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, partner with ServiceNow teams, manage forecasts, and achieve revenue targets.
