Lead and build the full revenue function: define GTM, own sales and pipeline, hire and scale the sales team, set pricing and ICP, establish CRM and revenue ops, drive outbound and key account relationships, and provide market feedback to shape product.

Lead and scale Cracken's global partner ecosystem by defining strategy, sourcing and closing strategic channel and technology alliances, building partner programs (resellers, MSSPs, SIs), driving partner-influenced revenue, and recruiting and leading a partnerships team. Work cross-functionally to operationalize integrations, manage executive-level relationships, and represent the company at industry events.

As Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing function, execute strategies for customer engagement, and drive product launches while collaborating with the CEO and founding team.
