Administer FMLA and leave-of-absence processes for multiple clients: process paperwork, review documentation, recommend approvals/denials, maintain records and reports, train supervisors, coordinate with providers, ensure federal/state compliance, and support management and special projects.

Perform quality assurance reviews of contractor repair estimates to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry and client standards. Verify documentation, pricing, and correct use of Xactimate, Symbility, and XactAnalysis; compile revision requests; mentor reviewers; and interface with contractors, district managers, and clients to resolve estimate issues.

Manage and monitor project plans, schedules, resources, budgets and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, document decisions, prepare presentations and reports, gather business requirements, translate them into functional outcomes, and maintain project documentation and governance. Provide administrative support, facilitate meetings, and drive resolution of project issues while ensuring team alignment and adherence to frameworks.
