Investigate and settle complex liability claims with minimal supervision: review coverage, determine liability and compensability, secure information, arrange appraisals, set reserves, authorize payments within authority, develop subrogation, coordinate litigation with counsel, prepare reports, and mentor/train staff.

Lead and grow large loss-adjusting client accounts by managing service delivery, renewals, billing, and cross-functional teams. Drive upsell sales, prepare proposals, analyze loss trends, produce client reporting and benchmarking, train staff, and ensure data integrity in internal systems.
