Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architectures supporting Cresta’s AI Agent solutions. Lead initiatives improving reliability, performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency in high-volume production systems. Collaborate with frontend and machine learning engineers, optimize APIs, databases, server response times, and data processing, and deploy containerized microservices across cloud environments.

Design end-to-end AI builder experiences that enable technical and non-technical customers to create, evaluate, and deploy AI agents and workflows. Conduct user research, simplify complex AI and business logic, prototype with AI-native tools, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and advocate for high-quality, intuitive product design.

Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive adoption, pipeline, differentiation, roadmap influence, and category leadership. The role also requires advising executives on market dynamics and platform strategy while building and scaling product marketing teams.
