Generates, distributes, reviews, and verifies mortgage loan disclosure packages for accuracy, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and required timelines. Coordinates with mortgage loan originators, processors, support staff, and applicants; answers disclosure questions; prepares supporting documentation; monitors loan files; and ensures adherence to TRID, ECOA, state-specific requirements, banking regulations, and company policies.

Oversees compliance metrics, testing methodologies, standard procedures, reporting, audit responses, and regulatory risk mitigation. Partners with Legal, Technology, and business leaders to strengthen controls while managing and developing domestic and offshore teams.

Provides legal and regulatory guidance focused on mortgage origination, researches federal and state requirements, supports regulatory change implementation, prepares legal analyses, advises on compliance matters, translates regulations into business and system requirements, and supervises a junior attorney. The role addresses rescission requests, post-closing compliance, loan transaction reviews, remediation, and regulatory risk for mortgage lending operations.
