Build target universes, evaluate commercial cases and valuations, present recommendations to investment leadership, support transactions through closing, and develop referral programs and junior origination talent. The role requires a strong middle-market network, transaction sourcing track record, CRM and AI-tool fluency, quantitative pipeline management, and regular travel.

Build and own CSC Generation’s acquisition pipeline by mapping target companies, sourcing proprietary opportunities, developing intermediary relationships, screening deals, and supporting transactions through close. The role requires managing quantitative pipeline metrics, representing the company with owners and advisors, expanding referral networks, and using sourcing platforms and AI tools to increase coverage. The Director will work directly with executive leadership and travel regularly to meet targets, lenders, advisors, and industry contacts.

Build production decision systems that estimate causal effects and uncertainty, learn from interventions, optimize constrained policies (pricing, inventory, promotions), evaluate counterfactuals and challengers, and deploy safe, automated ML-driven business decisions to generate measurable economic lift.
