Remote internship supporting tax research, testing, and documentation. Duties include researching tax form changes, interpreting tax code updates, writing requirements for programmers, designing and executing test cases, validating tax calculations, and contributing to release notes and customer guidance while learning tax software and tools.

Provide multi-channel technical support for Corptax customers, triage and resolve installation and configuration issues, document cases, review knowledge base content, perform release testing, collaborate with teams, and participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime.

Lead and mentor a software development team to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure solutions. Drive architecture, code reviews, CI/CD and DevOps practices, adopt generative AI-assisted development, collaborate with stakeholders and DevOps, manage Agile processes, and support hiring and career development of early-career engineers.
