The Sales Director will lead strategic sales efforts, develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage pursuit teams to drive revenue growth.

Manage and grow a software engineering team building scalable, high-throughput SaaS microservices. Hire, coach, and mentor engineers; drive engineering best practices, architecture and code reviews; coordinate with Product, DevOps, QA, and cross-team stakeholders to deliver features and operational excellence.
