The Senior Project Manager (MEP) oversees project teams for medium to large MEP projects, managing scope, cost, and schedule while facilitating client communications and conflict resolution.

Prepare budget estimates and quantity takeoffs, interpret project scope and contract terms, build unit costs, evaluate change orders, perform cost planning and forecasting, support risk and value management, develop subcontractor/vendor relationships, and produce cost reporting using BIM 5D and lifecycle/LEED cost analyses.

The Procore System Administrator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Procore platform, providing user training, ensuring compliance, and improving processes for project management.
