Manages tenant improvement projects for a high-profile e-commerce client, coordinating teams and stakeholders while controlling scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Responsibilities include developing project management plans and budgets, value engineering, cost and revenue projections, permitting, document management, design compliance, and client communications. The role also monitors contract scope, drives action plans, coordinates cost management activities, and ensures projects meet client goals and timelines.

Lead development and maintenance of detailed construction schedules and risk assessments; perform forensic scheduling and cost/schedule analyses; manage 4D/5D modeling and resource/cost loading; produce monthly progress reports; support and guide project managers, design teams, and contractors; mentor junior schedulers and ensure schedule-related scope and change control.
