Lead analysis, design, development, testing, debugging and production support for complex insurance application systems (OIPA/PAS). Mentor team members, resolve outages, implement SDLC practices, and support data migration and monitoring for a multi-year OIPA implementation.

Manage and mentor multiple software development teams to deliver complex, high-quality applications. Oversee planning, execution, budgets, risks, and technical direction. Drive adoption of best practices, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud architectures (Azure), microservices, and scaled agile delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and vendors to align development with business goals, and lead performance management, career development, and process improvements.

Lead enterprise-wide data architecture strategy and delivery, including data modeling, integration, governance, security, and cloud platform adoption. Partner with executives and business units to align data roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies (including Gen-AI), mentor architecture and engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance data solutions across the organization.
