Builds and grows client relationships and a substantial book of business, leads practice strategy, mentors senior staff, collaborates with audit and legal teams, and develops innovative tax solutions and thought leadership.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for accounting roles: proactively source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interviews, deliver offers, support onboarding, maintain ATS records, and advise hiring managers on market and compensation trends.

Provide client-facing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to veterinary practice clients. Manage multiple tax engagements, prepare and review returns, research complex tax issues, foster strong client relationships, and support business development in collaboration with partners and staff. Work fully remote within a growth-focused, team-oriented environment and meet busy-season scheduling demands.
