Manage end-to-end recruitment and logistics for UX research with educators and K-8 students, maintain participant databases and templates, evaluate and improve research tools/processes, coordinate site and vendor relationships, and support onsite and remote study execution.

Lead technical initiatives to design and build scalable, high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines and microservices. Use Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka, EMR, S3) and AWS services to ingest, store, transform, and query large datasets. Maintain and optimize systems, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, implement security and data governance, and collaborate with product teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable production software.

Lead and execute state-level government relations and policy strategy to influence RFPs/RFIs, manage lobbyists, build relationships with state education leaders, drive business development, represent the company at national/state forums, and translate policy implications for internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally, develop public-facing materials, and travel up to 50% to support state-level initiatives.
