Support divisional financial analysis, drive continuous improvement, and lead ad-hoc projects.

Manage Northeast/Midwest territory to generate leads, advance sales, and grow customer relationships for industrial temperature sensors and furnace parts. Maintain CRM/ERP records, collaborate with account managers and internal teams (engineering, production, estimating), support distributor/OEM channels, provide application expertise, and meet profit and growth targets.

The role supports SAP S/4HANA implementation and investigates accounting discrepancies while collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

Leads complex proposal costing and pricing from RFP through award, developing cost bases, pricing strategies, financial analyses, and proposal packages. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Product Management, and leadership to assess risks, validate material and labor costs, maintain rates in ProPricer, support negotiations, and improve pricing processes. The role also provides subject matter expertise, mentors proposal teams, and conducts post-award cost analysis.

Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Leads strategic capture efforts for high-value DoD and federal contract pursuits.
