Plans and manages small to mid-sized projects, including project planning, timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, project reviews, regulatory compliance, and adaptation to changing requirements. Manages multiple projects while aligning initiatives with company objectives and industry standards.

Support and improve quality systems and inspection processes across manufacturing. Perform root-cause analysis, manage nonconformances and supplier quality, support audits, prepare certification documentation, and drive continuous improvement while traveling up to 25%.

Lead mechanical design and qualification of nuclear-grade sensors and instrumentation. Provide technical leadership, perform ASME code calculations and FEA, develop design deliverables and BOMs, manage change control, prepare proposals/presentations, ensure compliance with nuclear quality/regulatory standards, and mentor engineers.
