Lead mechanical design and qualification of nuclear-grade sensors and instrumentation. Provide technical leadership, perform ASME code calculations and FEA, develop design deliverables and BOMs, manage change control, prepare proposals/presentations, ensure compliance with nuclear quality/regulatory standards, and mentor engineers.

Support and improve quality systems and inspection processes across manufacturing. Perform root-cause analysis, manage nonconformances and supplier quality, support audits, prepare certification documentation, and drive continuous improvement while traveling up to 25%.

Manage Northeast/Midwest territory to generate leads, advance sales, and grow customer relationships for industrial temperature sensors and furnace parts. Maintain CRM/ERP records, collaborate with account managers and internal teams (engineering, production, estimating), support distributor/OEM channels, provide application expertise, and meet profit and growth targets.
