Lead pursuit strategy and storytelling for client proposals and presentations, manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensure brand-aligned, high-quality deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, track pursuit activity and outcomes, and drive process improvements and training to strengthen business development capabilities.

Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC, boilers, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Conduct inspections, use CMMS, manage inventory, respond to emergencies, maintain compliance and required licenses/certifications, prepare reports, and support after-hours/on-call duties. Interact with tenants, clients, and vendors; perform physically demanding tasks and follow safety protocols.

Develop space plans, drawings, specifications, and contract documentation for commercial interiors. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and coordinate with consultants. Ensure designs meet safety, code, and client requirements. Support bid administration, construction coordination, and project reporting.
