Executes strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the Americas Capital Markets business. Partners with leadership and marketing centers of excellence to develop brand initiatives, content plans, communications, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and business development activities. Uses market and client insights to optimize marketing investment, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. Measures campaign results, advises leadership on communications, and shares best practices with other marketing leaders.

Maintain and repair commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and energy management equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency response, fire and life safety checks, general facility repairs, and activity documentation. The role requires compliance with building codes and safety standards, physical work including lifting and climbing, travel between properties, and occasional on-call or shift duties.

Maintains and repairs commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, generators, and life-safety equipment. Performs preventive maintenance, monitors energy systems, responds to emergencies, documents activities, and ensures compliance with codes and safety standards. The role may involve on-call work, shift work, travel between properties, and physically demanding tasks such as lifting equipment and climbing.
