Advise customers on email deliverability, diagnose authentication, infrastructure, reputation, blocklist, spam trap, and engagement issues, and lead complex cases through resolution. Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Technical Support; identify acceptable-use violations; coach internal teams; and develop documentation, training, processes, and scalable customer resources.

Provides technical customer support through email and live chat, triages tickets, diagnoses product issues, assists customers with onboarding and platform usage, and identifies product improvements. The role also supports process improvement and collaborates with Product and Customer Success teams. Candidates should understand basic programming concepts, communicate clearly, work independently, and be available for rotating weekend coverage during Central or Mountain time zone hours.

Own the full mid-market B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage self-sourced and SDR-supported pipelines, acquire new customers, track sales performance, and collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams. Manage deals typically under $50,000 ACV while nurturing mid-sized client relationships and identifying business needs.
