Support leasing and resident satisfaction for a student housing community: prepare lease paperwork, conduct move-ins and unit checks, handle resident relations and events, assist marketing and administrative tasks, participate in on-call rotations, and follow safety and key-control policies.

Oversee a portfolio of apartment properties, leading on-site teams in leasing, maintenance, safety, and operations. Manage daily operations, leasing, marketing, budgeting, and resident relations for an apartment community. Lead and coach on-site staff, oversee maintenance, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, safety and risk programs, and vendor/investor communication to ensure property performance and resident satisfaction.

Lead property management for a multi-property portfolio: hire, train, and manage on-site teams; meet financial and operational goals; ensure safety, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across properties.

The Operations Applications Analyst supports Yardi applications, ensuring smooth integration and operation across various property management functionalities, while providing excellent internal customer service and compliance with CWS policies.
