Supports digital marketing execution, administration, and performance reporting for assigned multifamily properties. Updates property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other channels; organizes data and tracks performance to identify trends and opportunities. Serves as a marketing resource for assigned properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy. Coordinates with property teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and complete marketing initiatives.
