Support leasing and resident satisfaction for a student housing community: prepare lease paperwork, conduct move-ins and unit checks, handle resident relations and events, assist marketing and administrative tasks, participate in on-call rotations, and follow safety and key-control policies.

Support property operations by managing rent collections, resident records, delinquencies, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Assist the Community Director, maintain financial reporting, participate in safety programs, and perform on-site duties including inspections and resident interactions.

The Community Director manages, markets, and maintains the apartment community, ensuring team performance, budget adherence, and resident relations while promoting safety and CWS values.
