Support leasing and resident satisfaction for a student housing community: prepare lease paperwork, conduct move-ins and unit checks, handle resident relations and events, assist marketing and administrative tasks, participate in on-call rotations, and follow safety and key-control policies.

Oversee a portfolio of apartment properties, leading on-site teams in leasing, maintenance, safety, and operations. Drive financial performance against budgets, ensure regulatory compliance and property presentation, resolve resident issues, conduct inspections, and collaborate with corporate departments to improve processes and team development.

Support property operations by managing rent collections, resident records, delinquencies, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Assist the Community Director, maintain financial reporting, participate in safety programs, and perform on-site duties including inspections and resident interactions.
