Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying and researching target accounts, engaging prospects via email/phone/social, qualifying inbound/outbound leads, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, and maintaining CRM records to build and nurture early-stage pipeline.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify target accounts, engage prospects, qualify leads, and build a sales pipeline while collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.

Own and scale sales enablement across the GTM organization, including onboarding, certifications, training calendars, playbooks, coaching, value-selling adoption, and strategic events. Build role-specific development programs, improve content governance, and use AI and performance data to measure readiness, methodology adherence, and business impact. Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership in a growth-stage B2B technology environment.
