Supports the rollout of Davidson Connect CRM across wealth management branches by preparing and validating data, assisting with user testing and launches, answering workflow questions, developing training resources, and maintaining CRM and Envestnet data. The role also supports other wealth management applications, user communications, training schedules, and team projects, with occasional travel as needed.

Lead full-stack development using React, Node and TypeScript. Design scalable architecture, write and review code, ensure performance, accessibility and security, mentor off-shore teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, support production (including weekends/off-hours), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.
