Leads mid- to large-scale clinical laboratory implementations involving instrumentation, data management, and automation systems. Manages project plans, budgets, timelines, quality, customer readiness, infrastructure assessments, stakeholder coordination, procurement, and equipment installation. Requires extensive national travel, laboratory regulatory knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to interpret floor plans and design drawings.

Leads consolidated FP&A for IDT and Aldevron, including forecasting, annual and long-range planning, performance reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive decision support. Analyzes revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, headcount, and operational performance. Partners with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Accounting, HR, and systems teams to improve reporting, automation, and planning processes across a matrixed organization.

Drives adoption of Cytiva’s customer education portfolio across the Americas and other global regions. Engages customers to assess learning needs, recommend pathways, support demonstrations and onboarding, and improve customer self-sufficiency. Partners with commercial, product, operations, customer success, and technical teams on learning-related opportunities. Collects customer feedback, identifies adoption barriers, and provides insights to enhance learning solutions and customer experience. The role requires extensive global travel and experience in customer education within life sciences or another technical industry.
