Lead and support employee relations investigations and advisory work across US and Canada. Provide coaching to managers, analyze ER trends, partner with Legal and HR COEs, and improve ER processes and documentation to ensure compliant, consistent, and defensible outcomes.

Lead digital transformation using Danaher Business System methodologies to prioritize opportunities, develop digital roadmaps, deploy technology-enabled solutions, drive automation/analytics/AI initiatives, and manage cross-functional digital projects to improve processes and business outcomes. Collaborate with scientific, business, and technical stakeholders and support KPI tracking and implementation.
