Investigate and resolve client-reported technical issues across web and mobile platforms, perform scenario-based testing, monitor and debug RESTful services, assist with eligibility file processing and system monitoring, coordinate with global support teams, and participate in design and code reviews to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

The Enrollment Specialist engages with eligible members, guides them through enrollment, and applies sales techniques to achieve goals while providing education on chronic disease management.
