Own global accounts receivable month-end close, including subledger-to-GL reconciliations, AFDA/CECL modeling, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet integrity. Apply U.S. GAAP, maintain audit-ready workpapers and SOX controls, and partner cross-functionally across Order-to-Cash and Finance teams. Lead AI and automation adoption using Databricks and advanced analytics, while supporting SAP and other finance systems implementations. Drive scalable process improvements in a high-growth technology environment.

Build and productionize customer data and AI solutions on Databricks. Own architecture, design decisions, data pipelines, applications, ML/AI integrations, and end-to-end deployment. Partner with customers, project managers, architects, engineering, product, and support teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Guide technical adoption, train stakeholders, resolve implementation issues, and create reusable frameworks. The role requires customer empathy, enterprise stakeholder management, technical project delivery, and travel to customers approximately 20% of the time.

Lead Databricks-centric customer engagements delivering data engineering, data science, and cloud solutions. Design and deploy end-to-end data architectures, implement and optimize Apache Spark workloads, guide migrations, provide escalated operational support, manage technical project delivery, document/whiteboard solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders. Travel to customers ~20%.
