Build and scale Datadog's partner ecosystem across North America by recruiting CSPs, MSPs, SIs, and resellers; enable and activate partners via training and joint GTM; coordinate technical and marketing launches; drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; run partner performance reviews; serve as regional sponsor for key cloud alliances and own regional channels metrics.

Target and close new business with large enterprise customers by prospecting, building territory relationship maps, understanding customer business drivers, negotiating pricing and terms, expanding account footprint, and maintaining accurate forecasting. Travel regularly to client sites and use value/ROI selling to win new logos and manage complex sales cycles.
