As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will provide technical expertise through demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations, while collaborating with the Sales team to articulate product value and managing customer engagements.

Lead and grow a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to drive new and expansion bookings across the full sales cycle. Hire, train, coach on metrics, forecast, negotiate complex deals with C-level buyers, shape go-to-market strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel regularly to client sites.

Build and scale Datadog's partner ecosystem across North America by recruiting CSPs, MSPs, SIs, and resellers; enable and activate partners via training and joint GTM; coordinate technical and marketing launches; drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; run partner performance reviews; serve as regional sponsor for key cloud alliances and own regional channels metrics.
