Manage multiple client-facing consulting engagements from kickoff through completion. Build work breakdown structures, project plans, dashboards, budgets, and governance processes; coordinate resources and stakeholders; manage risks, scope, schedules, and deliverable quality; facilitate executive reviews; present insights and recommendations; and support PMO capability development and commercial opportunities. The role is remote, requires domestic travel of up to 25–50%, and may involve international travel.

Freelance graphic designer producing branded workshop materials, presentations, workbooks, templates, layouts, and visual learning assets. Collaborates with internal designers, consultants, subject matter experts, and project leads to refine deliverables, translate complex concepts into effective visuals, and meet project deadlines independently. The role requires advanced Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, strong learning-materials experience, and remote collaboration skills.

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, digital, and microlearning solutions focused on safety, human performance, and operational excellence. Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia, AI-generated video and avatar content, and performance support materials. Manage learning projects from kickoff through delivery while collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders. Publish and troubleshoot courses across LMS platforms using SCORM or xAPI, applying instructional design methodologies and maintaining quality and brand standards.
