Serves as the top-tier technical escalation point for complex customer issues across Delinea’s identity security and PAM portfolio. Leads root-cause analysis, architecture reviews, integrations, and optimization for enterprise accounts. Mentors CSE peers, develops documentation and scalable processes, identifies product improvement opportunities, and collaborates with engineering, product, support, and customer success leadership. Requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strong enterprise platform knowledge, and the ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

Leads root-cause analysis, architecture reviews, integrations, and optimization for enterprise customers. Mentors customer success engineers, develops technical documentation and scalable processes, identifies product improvement opportunities, and collaborates across engineering, product, support, and customer success teams. Requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strong communication, and experience with enterprise identity, cloud, and SIEM/SOAR environments.

Leads technical marketing for Delinea’s AI security business. Builds AI security demos and labs, develops technical content and best practices, enables sales engineers and partners, validates use cases with product teams, translates security research into marketing materials, reviews technical content, presents at industry events, and analyzes competing products.
