Owns the design, deployment, operation, and support of secure Azure and hybrid infrastructure, including Azure Local, Azure Arc, identity, storage, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and security controls. Partners with architecture, security, network, application, and vendor teams to deliver reliable production services. The role also contributes to software development, automation, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, cost analysis, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Leads the strategy, design, administration, compliance, budgeting, and evaluation of employee health, welfare, wellbeing, leave, and related benefits programs. Manages benefits professionals, vendors, brokers, systems, enrollment processes, communications, legal filings, and service levels. Partners with Finance, Legal, ERISA counsel, and Total Rewards leadership to control costs, meet regulatory requirements, improve employee experience, and align programs with organizational needs.

Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership development, change management, culture transformation, and talent programs. Leads People organization service delivery, workforce planning, organizational diagnostics, and enterprise talent initiatives. Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to create executive-ready insights and recommendations. Coaches leaders, facilitates organizational change, and drives sustainable transformation across complex, matrixed environments.
