Leads application support engineering across multiple locations, directing incident analysis, alert trend reviews, disaster recovery, runbook governance, certificate and service account renewals, and complex application, middleware, database, cloud, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Manages critical escalations, operational readiness approvals, support requirements, team assignments, deliverables, mentoring, and risk controls while partnering with development, infrastructure, and client-facing teams.

Provides systems-level testing for IBM mainframe infrastructure and services. Plans and executes risk-based validation for z/OS, middleware, batch, scheduling, security, storage, networking, resiliency, upgrades, performance, and disaster recovery. Analyzes failures and dependencies, manages defects and evidence, validates non-production environments, automates repeatable testing, and coordinates with engineering, operations, application, cybersecurity, and change-management teams. The role also mentors engineers and documents specialized mainframe knowledge.

Operationalize data governance policies and standards across technology and business domains. Maintain metadata repositories and data catalogs, manage data quality exceptions, coordinate remediation, monitor governance metrics, and build Power BI dashboards. Partner with data stewards, owners, project managers, Scrum Masters, and agile delivery teams to embed governance requirements, manage risk, improve data quality, and increase adoption. Provide guidance, documentation, education, and reporting in a regulated enterprise environment.
