Lead utility infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater) from planning through delivery. Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals; coordinate clients, subconsultants, and regulators; monitor budget, schedule, quality, and risk; ensure QA/QC; oversee billing and forecasting. Senior PMs mentor staff, perform site visits/construction observations, lead multiple projects, and manage proposals, contracts, and fee justifications.
