Lead and mature the enterprise risk management program by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks; build data-driven risk insights using AI, dashboards and Power BI; advise leaders and Board committees; drive workshops, training, and monitoring of emerging risks; and integrate ERM into strategic planning and business resiliency.

Provide commercial legal advice and counsel to retail and banking teams; draft, review, interpret, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts; support contract template updates and development; work cross-functionally to resolve contract issues and advance multiple deals.
