Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize processes between Commercial, Product, Legal, Finance, and BI. Architect Deal Desk and commercial systems (Salesforce/Tableau), manage forecasts, ROI and variance investigations, design operational frameworks for Legal/Shared Services, and translate unit economics into executive-level narratives to drive growth and speed-to-market.

Lead and mentor a global general ledger accounting team, own month/quarter/year-end close, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, global statutory audits and filings, drive process improvement and automation (Oracle Fusion), and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting.
