Senior-level Customer Success Engineer who resolves complex database and cloud infrastructure issues for large customers. Provide hands-on support and architecture for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and OpenSearch; design HA, replication, sharding, and performance optimizations. Lead incident response, mentor junior engineers, create documentation and run workshops, and partner with sales/product to drive customer success and platform improvements.

Serve as a strategic technical partner for key customers, advising on cloud architecture, driving adoption, conducting QBRs, resolving escalations, optimizing costs and performance, and influencing product through customer advocacy.

As an Account Executive, you'll engage with AI startups, manage relationships, drive account growth, and advocate for customers. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure their success and drive expansion opportunities.
