The Senior Technical Account Manager will build relationships with key business customers, providing technical consultation, guiding architecture design, and ensuring optimal cloud usage to drive engagement and enhance customer success.

Lead and mature the insider threat program by engineering detection, automating investigations, building use-case playbooks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing data-driven threat hunting and analytics to detect and prevent internal risks and data exfiltration.

Lead technical design and enforcement of network security across edge, backbone, and datacenter environments. Perform threat modeling, intrusion detection, DDoS mitigation, security automation and tooling, incident response, and security reviews. Mentor teams, integrate security into SDN/BGP/MPLS platforms, and promote best practices with observability and IaC.
