Provide senior product-focused legal counsel across the product lifecycle for AI and cloud offerings. Advise on privacy, security, IP, open-source, export control, and contract negotiations; support incident response and regulatory matters; build legal playbooks and enable product and engineering teams.

Design, build, test, and optimize scalable control-plane and data-plane software for cloud networking products. Develop APIs, improve performance, reliability, monitoring, and customer experience, while supporting products end to end. Collaborate across teams, establish engineering and architecture best practices, automate delivery processes, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong Go and distributed-systems experience, networking knowledge, cloud and containerization expertise, and familiarity with technologies such as eBPF, XDP, Kubernetes, and gRPC.

Develop control-plane software for DigitalOcean’s DNS products, including scalable APIs, services, tools, testing, monitoring, and performance optimization. Collaborate across networking teams, support existing products, improve development processes, establish engineering best practices, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure. The role requires Go development, Linux systems experience, distributed systems knowledge, containerization, CI/CD, and familiarity with DNS and networking.
