Serves as a cloud security and Information Assurance subject matter expert supporting DoD information systems. Assesses cloud environments, security and privacy controls, and cybersecurity risks using NIST RMF, NIST standards, FedRAMP methodologies, and DoD requirements. Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process in a government contracting environment. Process invoices, purchase-order matches, subcontractor billing, employee reimbursements, payments, ACH/NACHA files, reconciliations, and vendor records. Ensure compliance with FAR, DCAA requirements, contracts, and unallowable-cost principles. Maintain audit-ready documentation, prepare cash reports, resolve discrepancies, and support government audits while collaborating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Maintain ADABAS, IDMS, DATACOM, and DB2 database software and z/OS mainframe environments in compliance with STIG and SRG requirements. The role requires extensive IBM database software installation and maintenance experience plus IAT-I certification.

Develop and deploy full-stack applications using Java, Spring, Angular, Oracle, and Azure. Responsibilities include building REST APIs and microservices, optimizing database performance, troubleshooting across the stack, participating in architecture and code reviews, and collaborating with QA, DevOps, UX, and product teams.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA solutions enhanced with agentic AI. Analyze business processes, gather requirements, document workflows, integrate systems, monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions. The role collaborates with program managers, lead engineers, vendors, AFNIC, DISA, and AWS while maintaining certification dashboards and supporting software distribution.

The role validates system compliance, diagnoses issues, recommends improvements, and supports secure, reliable mission-critical environments. Administer and maintain IBM z/OS mainframe environments, including CICS and MQ middleware.
