Build lifecycle strategies, customer journeys, segmentation, automation, testing roadmaps, and measurement frameworks tied to revenue outcomes. Deliver hands-on client work across marketing platforms, lead senior stakeholder relationships, mentor marketers, and help shape service offerings. Participate in scoping, pitching, and expanding engagements while developing methodologies and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

Lead and mature the company's cybersecurity program for a distributed, remote workforce. Develop strategy, governance, risk management, incident response, compliance (SOC 2/ISO/NIST), vendor assessments, device and identity controls, security awareness, and executive reporting to reduce organizational cyber risk and enable growth.

Lead and scale the Revenue Operations practice as a senior, client-facing player-coach. Manage and mentor RevOps engineers, oversee complex Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot implementations and audits, troubleshoot architecture and integrations, translate technical findings for executives, support scoping and sales, and develop repeatable processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
