Leads investor relations end to end, including quarterly earnings execution, financial communications, analyst and shareholder relationships, investor targeting, disclosure governance, executive and board support, market intelligence, and IR reporting. Partners with finance, legal, and executive leadership on compliant investor messaging and capital markets strategy. Uses financial modeling, ownership data, market analysis, and AI tools to improve investor insights and communications.

Own major areas of DISCO’s AI-powered unified litigation platform from discovery through launch and iteration. Work with litigators to understand complex workflows, define product priorities, establish success metrics, and guide Engineering, AI, Design, and go-to-market teams. Drive integrations, collaboration, speed, auditability, drafting, case strategy, and trial-preparation capabilities. Use customer feedback, usage data, and quality metrics to make prioritization decisions and communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Leads machine learning research strategy, advanced algorithm development, large-scale research programs, and cross-functional industry collaborations. Mentors research teams, drives innovation, optimizes research processes, and contributes to the broader machine learning community through publications, presentations, and industry engagement. Applies machine learning research to real-world challenges and shapes long-term organizational research initiatives.
