Structures strategic deals, evaluates margins and discounts, and advises executive leadership on commercial strategy. Partners with Finance, Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and BI to align pricing with go-to-market priorities and investment decisions.

Leads DISCO’s sales and customer success enablement strategy across the revenue organization. Builds onboarding, certification, training, coaching, content, and manager reinforcement programs; drives MEDDPICC adoption; integrates sales technology and AI tools; measures impact on ramp time, win rates, deal cycles, and productivity; presents business reviews to executives; and manages the enablement team.
