Lead kickoff calls, assign tasks, perform competitive, company and litigation analytics research, craft win themes and client-centric messaging, produce and QA proposals, maintain stock language, and support attorneys to win patent litigation and IP business.

Lead the design, planning, execution, and measurement of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for the Disputes vertical, advising on strategies to drive brand awareness and business goals.

Under attorney supervision, manages complex cases and case-management systems, coordinates counsel and vendors, develops budgets and processes, trains and supervises paralegals/case staff, serves as client contact, and oversees product liability, mass torts, and class action matters from discovery through trial support.
