Talent Partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical, commercial, and operational roles, while building scalable HR programs for onboarding, performance management, and employee experience. The role partners with hiring managers and leadership on sourcing, interview design, offers, headcount planning, workforce forecasting, employer brand, and broader People initiatives. Candidates should have 4–7 years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience, ideally in a scaling technology or hardware company.

Supports customer deployment, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of wireless mesh radios across drones, robots, and unmanned platforms. Builds validation workflows, scripts, and troubleshooting tools; analyzes RF and network performance; recreates field conditions in laboratories; produces technical documentation and reports; and partners with engineering and firmware teams to improve products. The role also serves as a technical advisor during customer integrations, field evaluations, and mission-critical deployments.

Own and drive the drone/unmanned systems product line from discovery through launch: gather requirements, write PRDs, coordinate cross-functional teams, plan roadmap, track releases, and ensure go-to-market readiness with field-driven priorities.
