Leads procurement execution across multiple projects and large-scale programs. Manages sourcing, solicitations, bid evaluations, supplier performance, purchasing coordination, and commercial issue resolution. Aligns procurement activities with project schedules, costs, delivery requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Applies procurement strategies, improves workflows, advises stakeholders, and guides others. Requires experience with complex procurement environments, contracting, supplier management, procurement platforms, and ERP tools.

Leads resolution of complex and escalated hardware, software, and mobility issues. Performs root cause analysis, identifies service improvements, mentors service desk analysts, maintains troubleshooting documentation, supports onboarding and training, ensures ITSM compliance, and coordinates with infrastructure and application teams on recurring incidents and remediation.

Conducts full-cycle recruiting for administrative and craft roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, pipeline development, interview coordination, and candidate communications. Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, maintains applicant tracking documentation, and supports recruiting events and workforce engagement initiatives.

Supports employee and candidate lifecycle services for an on-site mega/mobility project. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee engagement, policy guidance, training logistics, events, interview coordination, offboarding, and connecting employees with People Practices resources. Partners with business leaders, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent employee experiences and support an inclusive project culture.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development, engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches People Practices Advisors, collaborates with HR centers of excellence and People Operations, and uses workforce metrics to guide decisions. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role supporting a large-scale U.S. project, requiring relocation or travel to the assigned project location.

Leads legal risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and communication while advising leadership on insurance, surety, contractual risk transfer, and construction agreements. Reviews and negotiates contracts, develops risk policies and training, resolves complex issues, collaborates with stakeholders, and manages Risk Counsel or Subcontract Managers. Provides backup support to the contracting counsel team across owner contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, and professional services contracts.

Creates electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, layouts, and system documentation under supervision. Uses CAD tools for 2D drafting and 3D electrical modeling, supports construction administration through shop drawing reviews and RFI responses, and collaborates with engineers and project teams to deliver coordinated designs while developing technical skills.

Coordinates purchase order expediting by following up with vendors on order status, delivery timelines, and shipments. Communicates updates to internal stakeholders, maintains purchasing, inventory, pricing, and vendor records, and generates standard reports. Supports resolution of routine order, pricing, transfer, and invoice discrepancies while ensuring accurate system data and continuity of purchasing operations.

Leads strategic category management and sourcing initiatives across complex spend areas. Develops multi-year category strategies, analyzes markets and suppliers, negotiates commercial agreements, manages preferred supplier programs, establishes governance and performance routines, mitigates supply risk, and reports financial, service, and compliance outcomes. Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Risk stakeholders to drive adoption and resolve supplier issues.

Leads the design and delivery of complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and business domains. Defines integration strategies, validates proofs of concept, ensures architecture and governance compliance, oversees implementation, resolves technical risks, conducts architectural reviews, and presents solution designs to stakeholders. Mentors team members and promotes architecture, development, and coding standards.

Reviews deliverables, coordinates with project stakeholders, leads construction administration activities, responds to RFIs, reviews shop drawings, participates in site visits, and supports cost tracking, scope management, risk evaluation, and technical improvements.

Develops mechanical drawings, specifications, calculations, and system designs for HVAC, hydronic, piping, and mechanical equipment systems. Performs airflow, heating and cooling load, pipe sizing, and pressure loss calculations under senior guidance. Supports construction administration through submittal reviews, RFI responses, and site visits. Uses CAD and modeling software to create coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models, collaborates with project stakeholders, and participates in design coordination and professional development.

Develops mechanical drawings, specifications, calculations, and system designs for HVAC, piping, hydronic, and equipment systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary design deliverables, reviews shop drawings, responds to RFIs, conducts site visits, and supports construction administration. Assists with cost tracking, scope management, technical risk evaluation, and process improvements while using CAD and 2D/3D modeling tools.

Develops electrical drawings, specifications, layouts, and calculations for power, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems. Supports design through construction documents, prepares load calculations and panel schedules, coordinates 2D and 3D models, reviews submittals, responds to RFIs, and participates in site visits and coordination meetings.
