Lead external communications for DPR megaprojects, oversee a team of communications professionals, develop media relations and crisis communications strategies, coordinate editorial and content planning, align messaging with stakeholders, track performance metrics, and ensure brand and legal compliance.

Conduct compensation and benefits research and analysis to inform Total Rewards strategies. Build measurement frameworks, ROI studies, pay equity analyses, and predictive models. Requires daily in-person presence and partnership with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence.

Lead business analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives: gather and document functional and technical requirements, model processes and data flows, evaluate risks and trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, recommend sequencing, mentor junior analysts, and support continuous improvement of BA practices. Requires occasional travel and after-hours availability.

Lead Endpoint Engineer responsible for architecting, deploying, securing, and scaling DPR's Apple/macOS device ecosystem. Integrate Apple devices with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, manage ABM enrollment, implement security baselines (FileVault, Defender), automate provisioning/patching/reporting, and collaborate with security, identity, and service desk teams to improve user experience and compliance.

Own safety, service, financial performance, operations, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications (HRSD, ITSM), build and maintain integrations with HRIS/ERP (Workday, Oracle EBS) using REST/SOAP/JDBC, ensure platform security and performance, participate in Agile delivery, and support future module adoption and enterprise integrations.
