Serve as primary customer contact for cold-formed steel products: process orders, place and receive purchase orders, provide quotes and invoices, recommend solutions, perform data entry and office tasks, and ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The Safety Coordinator leads safety culture on job sites, conducts inspections, organizes safety training, and ensures compliance with safety plans and regulations.

The Safety Manager will implement safety protocols, conduct audits, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety standards at construction sites.

Designs and activates enterprise workforce development strategies, identifying future talent needs and building scalable solutions (pipelines, apprenticeships, upskilling). Leads solution design, pilots, external partnerships, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure organizational capability over a 3-5+ year horizon while executing near-term programs.
