Teams at DPR Construction

Manages key customer accounts, builds long-term relationships, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities, coordinates procurement, delivery, service, and billing, resolves customer issues, tracks account performance, and recommends construction supply and rental equipment solutions. Requires sales or account management experience, customer relationship skills, and familiarity with construction industry products and services.

Manages customer inquiries, quotes, sales orders, invoices, rental contracts, fulfillment, and issue resolution throughout the order lifecycle. Coordinates purchasing, inventory, receiving, and equipment activities while maintaining accurate records. Partners with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to understand customer needs, recommend equipment solutions, and support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Requires strong product knowledge, organization, prioritization, and customer service skills.

Builds and deploys end-to-end generative AI solutions, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. Responsibilities include AI/ML observability, LLM gateways, cost controls, rate limiting, security guardrails, self-service deployment frameworks, CI/CD integration, and containerized ML workloads. The role collaborates with infrastructure and cross-functional teams while evaluating emerging AI capabilities and supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
