Lead electrical QA/QC for modular construction projects by developing project-specific quality plans, managing inspections, energization and commissioning, documenting test results, driving data-driven continuous improvement, performing root-cause analysis, and mentoring teams and subcontractors to ensure systems meet standards prior to handover.

Serve as HR business partner for a business unit, driving employee engagement, workforce strategy, succession planning, DEI initiatives, employee relations, change management, and talent management. Coach local People Practices Advisors, align with Centers of Excellence, use people metrics for decisions, and support inclusive hiring and team effectiveness. Requires on-site presence and travel to project sites.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition activities: partner with hiring managers, source and attract candidates, manage interviews and offers, enhance candidate experience, and support employer branding and recruiting metrics.
