Manage month-end close, general ledger and cost accounting for a multi-client co-packing facility. Supervise and develop accounting staff, oversee invoicing and inventory reconciliations, support audits and tax filings, enforce GAAP and internal controls, and drive process and ERP improvements to support operational and commercial decision-making.

Lead day-to-day field execution of greenfield and brownfield capital construction projects at manufacturing sites. Coordinate contractors, manage schedules and critical path to protect start-of-production dates, drive punchlist closure and turnover readiness, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, monitor budgets and change orders, and communicate with engineering, OEMs, and plant leadership to enable commissioning and startup.

Lead on-site engineering, continuous improvement, and multi-million dollar capital project execution across multiple production lines. Drive reliability, throughput, energy efficiency, documentation governance, contractor/vendor management, budgeting, and technical readiness while supporting maintenance and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA/DCS, HMI) for high-speed beverage production. Troubleshoot, optimize, upgrade equipment, manage automation projects, document systems, ensure safety and compliance, train operations teams, and recommend improvements to increase uptime and efficiency.

Own and optimize an assigned high-speed beverage packaging line, driving safety, quality, efficiency, yield, and cost improvements. Lead frontline teams, develop SOPs, analyze production data to identify root causes, coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives, manage format changeovers and maintenance plans, and evaluate automation and technology opportunities.

Lead and build the cost accounting function for a multi-client beverage co-packing facility. Own standard costing, job costing, inventory valuation (WIP/FG), variance and margin analysis, cycle counts, reconciliations, month-end close for COGS, internal controls, and ERP improvements while supervising and developing cost accounting staff and partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Manage day-to-day GL operations including month-end close, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP invoicing and cash applications; support audits; develop accounting procedures and internal controls; interact with customers and departments; assist Sr. Controller with system/process improvements and ad hoc projects.
