Supports SAP production and warehouse systems integrated with MES in a beverage manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting shop-floor issues, monitoring interfaces and queues, resolving device and data errors, managing support incidents, developing and executing tests, facilitating UAT, validating master data, and documenting SOPs. The role requires foundational SAP PP and EWM knowledge, integration familiarity, and collaboration with manufacturing stakeholders while developing expertise in smart factory automation and supply-chain systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot case packing equipment, especially tray packers, while reducing downtime and product waste. Standardize packing procedures, analyze pack quality, support rebuilds and equipment upgrades, and collaborate with quality, engineering, OEMs, maintenance, and production teams. Lead training, root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and network-wide implementation of best practices. The role requires 75% travel between company facilities.

Maintains and serves as the technical expert for manufacturing line automation, controls, conveyors, and support equipment. Troubleshoots equipment issues, reduces downtime and waste, standardizes procedures, supports upgrades and commissioning, leads conveyor rebuilds, performs root cause analysis, and drives reliability improvements. Trains maintenance and production teams and collaborates with quality, engineering, and OEM partners. The role requires routine travel between facilities, approximately 75%, and hands-on work in manufacturing environments.
