Leads enterprise forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, executive and board reporting, and strategic analysis. Owns three-statement forecasting models, develops business cases, evaluates risks and investments, and presents insights to senior leadership. Manages and develops two FP&A professionals while improving finance processes, reporting automation, data integration, and self-service analytics across the organization.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, vendor payments, member contracts, cash matching, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. The role maintains accounting records and workpapers in accordance with GAAP, supports internal controls, responds to internal requests, and assists with billing contracts and ad hoc projects. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with ERP experience preferred.

Designs, models, administers, and audits sales commission and bonus programs using SAP Commissions. Partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and HRIS to ensure accurate payouts, regulatory compliance, strong documentation, and market competitiveness. Builds advanced Excel models, processes payout calculations, responds to participant inquiries, and communicates complex compensation rules to stakeholders.
